Amnon Gitelson has been in real estate development and construction for over 35 years. His longevity in the business is a result of a genuine understanding of the market and the clients.

Starting in Canada as a development manager, Amnon completed major projects including the 600 room Quebec Hilton, renovations of the largest historical building in Toronto, two neighborhood shopping centers as well as 142 suburban townhomes and many single family homes. 
In 1985 Amnon moved to the US where he headed a 120 lot subdivision in Yorktown. The project was the largest in Northern Westchester, and gained much recognition for its numerous cul-de-sacs, home designs and happy friendly neighborhood layout.

Savyon Development was created by Amnon Gitelson in 1996 with the purpose of building custom homes. The company is self-financed and has built over 30 luxury homes in upper Westchester in the towns of Briarcliff Manor, Chappaqua and Armonk.  Savyon Development has developed close working relationships with some of the best local craftsmen and is in constant pursuit of design quality in every luxury home that he builds.  He works closely with his clients and understands that it takes a careful balance of ideas; creativity, communication and organization to make a dream home become a reality.  The finished product is a home that is functional and beautifully tailored to today’s life styles.
